How Your Order Gets to You
Each tank is quality-checked before it ships. Because we inspect every order individually, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and handed off to our shipping partner.
1. Order confirmed — you'll receive an email confirmation right away.
2. Quality check and packaging — your order is inspected and carefully packed. This takes 1 to 3 business days.
3. Shipped — you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. Delivered — right to your door. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — this is normal during transit and updates will resume as your package moves through the network.
Delays and Remote Areas
Most orders arrive well within the estimated window. Occasionally, deliveries to remote or northern areas may take a few extra days. During holidays or peak periods, carriers may experience slight delays outside of our control.
If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
